As always the food, the drinks and the service were phenomenal! We started with the Barquitos de Malanga (crispy bite size root boats filled with black beans, ropa vieja, queso fresco and topped with guacamole, chilves and cilantro which are to die for! If you haven't had them you definetly need to give them a try, I don't eveb like guacmole and I eat them every time I am there. We also got the Ceviche de Camaron and the Cubanchos while we enjoyed our Santeria's. This drink is a whole expierence in itself so if you are a fan of Sangaria I highly, HIGHLY recommend getting this drink. Every visit is a fun and delicious dining experience. The staff's service is impeccable. Though the place is always busy they do not rush you. The decorations and music add to the fun experience. The food is A+. My family recommends the Cuban Sandwich, Roso Imperial, the steak, any of the shrimp dishes, the empanadas, and the black beans and plantains are a must. The tres leches cake and flan are fantastic. Come hungry, the portions are big. Enough to share. The mojitos and sangrias are made to order, fresh, and mixed perfectly. Try the Santeria for two on a special occasion.

One of the best restaurants in Lou a must try. Weekends are busy but you can make a reservation on open table or grab a drink at the bar while you wait. Food is always consistent and delicious. Apps to try tamales, barquitos de malanga, and empanadas cubanas. Food ropa vieja and masas de puerco are favs. Picanha steak is also very good. You can't go wrong here. Seating tons of seating: bar, indoor, outdoor, upstairs. They just acquired the building next door and are turning it into an event space opening next week and can hold bigger parties (up to 70 people).

Very popular place as 5:00 rolls around. People waiting outside to get in. You can choose to sit indoors classy or go through to the back and sit semi outdoorsy in a leafy fun colorful setting. The food was delish and the cuban colada was amazing. So I had two. I'd love to try a few more things on the menu but alas I was traveling. Skip the mushy potato things on the appetizer menu. Ick. OMG! This place is amazing! We had Nickolas as our waiter who gave us excellent recommendations! The atmosphere is absolutely amazing. We sat on the bar side... it was fun and great! Highly recommend!
