I submitted a review for this place a few months ago and gave two stars. I was very clear that I never had 2 stars for the overquality of food, it was focused on bad customer service. To be more accurate, we ordered several times and they got our order wrong again and again. The way the situation was treated every time was unprofessional. We were upset and even though we enjoyed the food, we were ready to give up. Last night I decided to give him another shot. There is a waitress under the name Sarah (I'm not sure if she spells her name so), but she has waited for us for the last two years and is the best of the best. Update: The service at this site has improved considerably. Looks like there's a whole new staff here. I can highly recommend now. I sent an email to the owner and he immediately reacted and offered to do it to me. Real professional and I like the food, I give them another shot and post, he was probably not aware of what happened in this place. At 8:20 the kitchen was closed, chairs were open even though they were supposed to be open until 9:00. You wouldn't make me panini. What a joke.

I'm working in the area and looking for a panini. This came as a popular game to my search on Google. The photos looked good to give an attempt, and I'm glad I did. The guy at the counter was super nice. I ordered a Savona Panini who was exactly what I believed. The menu is huge! So you always have options. Will definitely be back as regular!!!

Cory was very helpful showing me various vegetarian options since I'm vegetarian. She made me feel very welcomed an was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. I will be spreading positive things about La Bottega to my friends. Thanks Cory La Bottega for a great experience

I had the pleasure to eat in this original place, always immaculate, great parking is behind, I tried the paninis, salads, bread and cheese plate and wine. Everything's delicious! Also elegantly decorated and served. You will remain satisfied here!
