Une cuisine authentique traditionnelle et de saison. Les plats sont raffinés, ce n’est pas la grosse bouffe. On a l impression de voyager dans le temps, une cheminée landaise énorme au milieu. Il faut tester absolument pour goûter aux palombes ou à l omelette norvégienne traditionnelle.
