Second time ordering takeout at this location and honestly never going back again. First time, my order was cold but I supposed it was due to me arriving 10min late to pick it up, ok. Second time, I arrive at the expected time and my order was still not ready, saw the team on the kitchen packing it up, waited around 10min to receive it, went down to my car to eat it and it was cold!I’m guessing they prepare too much food and just leave it sitting on a heater, fries and burger didn’t taste fresh and they were so dry! Even the poutine sauce was cold. The McDonald’s inside the mall serves better and warmer food than this location. 0/10, definitely I don’t recommend.

Never enough staff to serve people within a timely fashion extremely long waits causing the need to go and chase after a barmaid who is also supposedly a waitress who is trying to serve entire bar while also trying to attend tables.meanwhile other waitresses who were ready to work and serve instead tell us I'm being sent home despite the restaurant being nearly fullWon't be coming back to this location anytime soon if this place is being run in such a poor fashion

The atmosphere is really nice and the service is excellent. The meat tartare is also delicious.

The parking lot is small, but thankfully there is underground parking available.
