I absolutely loved this restaurant! It's truly exceptional, and I highly recommend it. I picked this place at random and was immediately impressed by how beautifully it’s decorated from the outside. Both the interior and exterior are striking. The service was outstanding, with staff who were professional, courteous, and attentive. The ambiance is fantastic as well. There’s convenient parking available, and they host special nights with live music and karaoke. Additionally, they have rooms for large parties and events. You definitely need to visit this place!
I placed an order over the phone with a lady named Diana H. I had asked for extra meat, she assured me that they can do it, I even stated I would be ok paying extra, Diana H shared how much more as well. When I got to the restaurant to pay, I was told they could not put the steak with the order so I asked if it couldn’t be cut up and mixed in. Diana H stepped in with a nasty attitude, didn’t even let me say anything just gave me the total and was very rude. If you are not happy where you work or don’t feel like that day is a good day just stay home.
Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Huntington and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Large dining room and several rooms for private parties from 50 100 people. Super nice staff especially our Server Rosa and Manger José Portillo. Unique Appetizers and the Braised Lamb was good. The service was great. However, the food came to us barely warm, the Lomo saltado was bland, and for the price, I expected a better presentation. Also if you want to enjoy the live music, you must make a reservation. This was definitely a disappointing experience. The other 2 Candelas are superior to this fancy version of Candela Restaurant. I had an amazing experience at this Peruvian restaurant! The food was exceptional, and I really loved the atmosphere. The restaurant was clean and beautifully designed, giving it a modern vibe. I tried the maracuya sour, causa limeña, and chaufa de pollo, all of which were delicious! The prices were reasonable too. I will definitely be returning!
The food, drinks, and service were exceptional! I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was around $50–100. I would rate the food a 5 out of 5, the service a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 5 out of 5 as well. I highly recommend the Pollada. There is plenty of parking available too!
What a hidden gem! We're so glad we decided to give it a try. The chicken soup was fantastic, and both the food and service were exceptional. I highly recommend this place, especially for its family-style dining. Jose, the operations manager, was incredibly friendly and accommodating.
The waitress brought us our food and then disappeared for quite a while. We wanted to order more drinks, but she never returned. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 4.

Loved the food and drinks!!!! I had arroz con mariscos!! It was so delicious!!!!. Tonight they have karaoke so it was a little loud but we will return!!!
