I wanted to say a big thank you to this restaurant owner Stéphane Bertignac to give us the opportunity to continue to enjoy these excellent dishes: the smoked salmon a delight, the cabillaud a feast, the topissimo language accompanied by a very friendly welcome! Very nice place to the neat decor. Extra canaille kitchen. But also refined dishes. For example in entry, sublime crispy pig feet on perfectly seasoned salad bed, and langoustines with exquisite carcass broth. The roasting of the day was very tender veal. Royal lip really delicious and cod with perfect soft onions. All accompanied by homemade purées (one of potatoes and the other of celery) of thick homemade fries and red pepper ratatouille). We enjoyed it. Very good leaven bread. Super service We love. Closed in the evening.
