My friends and I were looking for a good restaurant for noon. We entered Cardabelle because of the name, because I love this flower. The restaurant was central, clean, well located. The dishes were very tasteful, the wine, very well chosen. The dessert, delicious: I had a cream burnt catalane way and it was perfect! Service? Little care without flogging! Super nice home, top server, top cuisine. Very good value for money. The dishes are very well presented and appetizing. Cooking beef nets that we wanted blue was in the pack, which is rare today. Very rich burgers, gourmet salad and delicious and hearty carpaccio. A restaurant I highly recommend.

Excellent discovery! We were three and took the menu with input, dish and dessert. It was a faultless meal! In addition to being excellent, the dishes are well presented. The place is nice and the very friendly team. I strongly recommend and I will come back if I have the opportunity!

Dynamic and welcoming team. A trip to St Enimie, at the restaurant "La Cardabelle" became our must when we come in the corner with my boyfriend. Very good restaurant with great relation quality price. Top service, smiling and efficient. We took the pears and salmon pie, the herbs and aligot sausage, and a panacotta for dessert, all for only 25th. To be highly recommended if you are on St-Enimie!
