Let's get things back to their right places. Most importantly, the parks have a simplistic, even rudimentary gastronomic offer, the aim being to entertain themselves rather than to make agapes. LA CARPE (not the small carp offers brewery type meals of a suitable quality for such a place. Do not think to offer you a large table by taking the menu at 24,50€ but it is always better than sausages/frites or other snack burgers. I'm surprised by the rather average opinions. This restaurant is in the heart of the bird park, so there are children and affluence... Yet the reception and service was pleasant and effective. Especially since I was accompanied by a wheelchair user. The PMR reception being rather deplorable in France I signal it... It's a quiet place in the middle of the park. Better book! Meal side nothing to say with recipes and products from the Dombes. Good value quality price given the situation. Grinchy and rushed pass your way. The park is well equipped in picnic areas...
Staff drowned with thirty or forty covers. The boy who comes back 45 minutes after the entrance and asks you: “Is it the entrance or the main dish?” three minutes after you are brought “a blown of royal carp” maybe these people don’t know what a real blown or confused with a foam? Another restaurant that is part of these establishments without professionals at prohibitive prices!!!!!!! The entrance which furiously resembles the main dish with an industrial leafy paste but has nothing of a crunch!!!!! Big disappointment does not deserve the restaurant name!!!
Reservation for 5 people including one in a wheelchair and we were placed on a table of 4 while there were still tables of 6 free. And refusal of the waitress to serve a child menu adapted to a disabled person who cannot eat a regular adult menu. This is the first time that this happens to us and it's simply unacceptable. Nothing else to add.
Tasty cuisine :le menu at 18€ is served on a tray, we believe in the canteen. The gougeon salad is very little sauce, the service is very long. You have to claim bread, the child menu. Our table is partially in the sun, a non-magnable servicer impossible to change a table or approach a parasol.I don’t recommend this bird park restaurant
