This is a gem of a find if you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine. Reservation is definitely recommended but they were able to accommodate a table for two when we arrived. The interior has been renovated (since the old taco place) with charming decor and Italian themed ambiance. The place is very cozy with an elegant touch, it makes you feel at home. The service was excellent, we were 13 and the food arrived at the same time for everyone and was hot. I went to this restaurant to celebrate a friend's birthday and ended up enjoying the food as well. While I couldn't order everything on the menu, I was able to try a few dishes that my friends ordered. The pastas and lasagna had an authentic Italian flavor, but the appetizers seemed a bit basic and tasted like they may have been frozen. The service was excellent, with someone always at our table making sure everything was perfect. Despite closing at 9:30PM, our reservation was for 8:30PM and we stayed past 10PM without feeling rushed. The staff was very kind and thanked us as we left. I went there with my husband, it was a perfect evening, the service was beyond words and the food was amazing. We ordered Breadsticks, Fettuccine in the Parmigiano Wheel, and calamari. This place was outstanding, from the ambience , the service and my meal was amazing . The service was easily some of the best service I’ve ever had while dining out. I can not Emphasize this enough. Great spot and the best owners! Restaurant has wonderful food and the energenic staff is terrific. A must visit when you're in the north Tampa area.
