La Cascade - Reservar una mesa

Very good reception in this restaurant facing the waterfall, in a soothing and ressuring atmosphere. We tasted the fresh trout with a bite sauce, a real treat. The stunt ice cut allowed us to finish on a sweet little note. Since the beginning of September, for lack of staff, the restaurant opened only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday noon and evening, except Sunday evening. We couldn't book by phone. The best way is to go around 11am to book for the noon, which leaves the time to climb up the waterfall and make a walk in the beautiful village of the Frasnée.

Joli endroit mais trop cher par rapport à la qualité et la quantité des plats proposés. Nous avons pris la friture de truitelles à 25 € par personne il y avait environ 12 poissons ce qui fait donc à peu près 2 € le petit poisson... nous avons demandé un supplément de poisson il nous a bien sûr été refacturé 25 €, sans l'accompagnement frites...

The village of La Frasnée is a beautiful place and the terrace, one summer evening, is a real pleasure. Truite meunière, a great classic successful and stirring tin with tender and taste. The boss is nice and available... Anyway, a good time at the Cascade.

Restaurant in a beautiful setting, near the waterfall. We were very welcome. For the meal, take the speciality fresh trout. We had a good time.
