Me and my boyfriend placed a order of grub hub for a milanesa de res cemita and carne asada. Our order was confirmed and delivered. When we opened the bag only the carne asada was in the bag. We called the restaurant and they told us they sold out of the cemita. I don't understand why no one contacted us to let us know this as we would have ordered something else or cancelled the order. I have never heard of a restaurant only partially fulfilling a order without letting the customer know. This resulted in us having to order from somewhere else waiting an additional hour for our food and paying more delivery fees. This is completely careless and terrible customer service. We ordered two meals...
To begin, when you’re the only customer in the place, you’d expect some priority—that’s the only positive here. As for the service, the staff is severely understaffed, and it seems like there’s just one cook. It took about 45 minutes for my food to arrive. What really disappointed me was the sandwich I ordered, a cemita. A typical cemita is loaded with meat, but this one had just a thin slice of brisket. The worst part of the entire sandwich was, without a doubt, the lack of meat. I won’t be coming back. P.S. If I could, I’d give it half a star.
I had a rather disappointing experience at this restaurant. Upon our arrival, the waiter was preoccupied with a large party of six, which made us feel overlooked. The food we received did not match the descriptions on the menu, and the prices ended up being higher than what we expected. Additionally, please note that a tip is automatically included in the bill. It seems like there may be a new owner, but sadly, this place isn’t worth the trip or the cost.
The customer service was outstanding, and the ambiance was lovely. The food was satisfactory, but I've enjoyed many Mexican dishes that were both better and more reasonably priced. I don't believe I'll be coming back.

I waited an hour and a half for my order, but it never came. I ended up having to cancel it.
Great pupusas and Salvadoran breakfast, plus excellent service. The place is very clean.
My family loves this place. We travel just to come here, and it’s always worth it.
