La Citadelle - Reserva de mesa

On the road to Minerve, we crossed this pretty little restaurant. We just thought about finding qqch on the road. But we were pleasantly surprised, the cuisine was excellent, the tasty dishes, the well represented plates, the delicious sauces, accompanied by seasonal vegetables. The warm staff, friendly discussion. We were very happy to have this between the act during our stay in the occitan country.

This restaurant offers one of the best cuisine I've ever tasted. The products used are fresh from the day, and the cuisto is a real cuisto that prepares divine cuisine. It is a family restaurant, the waitress is her wife who is welcoming and doing her work very well. For the region, according to me, quality price, not better.
