La Civette - Reservar una mesa

we always keep on our walks around the cap of villefranche or amusement as if they go against the clockwise sense in summer, they need a nice pick-me-up when they are here. we usually get only three delicious boule sorbet or eis, followed by. a refreshing beer. the prices are not exaggerated and service, although occasionally slow, is friendly enough. outside the summer they are not selling ice, but the sandwiches and croque monsieurs fill a gap. it is really just a drink and basic snacks place, but in a good location for people watching and just passing a peaceful time.

we came here to see from the terrace, but this was unfortunately the best part of the experience. eating was easy ok and the service was slow. it was the tourist season and the restaurant was busy, but we had a lot more friendly...and more efficient service at other place during our trip so expected that the same of la civette does not seem inappropriate. I wouldn't eat a second time here.

They make the most of the tourist season and are inundated so guess they do not have to try too hard. Prices are Paris/Nice -style, lack of nibbles, nowever it is a good spot to people watch so you take your choice. Some staff are...more approachable and better than others. This bar will shut during winter.

We visited here several times on holiday - great selection of drinks and their club sandwich and other sandwiches are great value. We enjoyed sitting out taking in the sights with a few drinks and a sandwich or a cake would definitely recommend

The service in this cafe is appalling. Trying to get the waiter's attention is difficult, and our waiter was surly. My husband ordered a citron presse which was served without sugar. I ask you! My recommendation? Go somewhere else.

bistro bar with outdoor terrace tables overlooking the underlying port of Saint jean of Cape Ferrat. Excellent sandwiches, especially hot : club civette, special civette and super club. Also good glazed and sorbet cuts.

The ice-cream is industry made, tasteless and very expensive. Not worth it at all in a part of France were you can get real Italian homemade ice-cream just around the corner. The view is spectacular.

we had our tomorrow espresso, croissant and sandwich while we visited. vincent was amazing with his service and suggestions. highly recommended!

Our favorite place to watch the world go by and have a cooling drink. The Coupe Civette is a great way of sampling the local ice cream
