Really good service ,especially considering the place was full. Wide selection of choice all of which were very tempting . We had 4 meat 1 fish and 3 veg nearly all of the dishes were better than good. Main niggles were potato bravas not so clever also chicken skewers a bit dry. All the dishes came to the table at the same time which meant a very cluttered table ,with food going cold personally we prefer the dishes staggered so hot when eating. Fully appreciate the difficulty in keeping track of orders and we were impressed that all the food hit the table hot on initial serving . Sum up staff brill ,food better than good and venue one of the best in Bridgend would we go there again ? Definit...
We had a 3pm booking with friends ,wasn’t hugely busy but filled up pretty quickly. Great choice of Tapas,Ber, Wine and catered for one party member who is Coeliac,the waitress was very helpful and engaged in guiding us through the menu choices. We all thoroughly enjoyed..3 tapas was enough for us..the hake ,aubergine and sesame chicken were all delicious…my husband and I had a cheese board …I’d say one between two is sufficient,though we both chose different cheeses and the staff kindly packed up what we couldn’t eat to take home.
We had an absolutely fantastic evening tonight at the restaurant. Our waitress, Miss Ryland, was exceptional. She was a lovely young woman who made sure we were all happy throughout the night. One of the girls forgot her jacket and Miss Ryland came running after us to return it. It was so refreshing to have a down-to-earth waitress taking care of us without putting any pressure on us. She truly deserves recognition. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future. It was an amazing night overall.

The service is fast and efficient, and the menu offers delicious tapas options. Highly recommended dishes include the honey and barbecue sesame chicken, as well as the dates wrapped in bacon. The restaurant also offers a good selection of wine and beer. Overall, it is a fantastic choice for dining in Bridgend.

Such a superb restaurant! Have been to La Cocina about 4/5 times and can honestly say I can’t fault a single visit. Staff are always on the ball, never long wait for our drinks and food is out super quickly (10/10 to both kitchen FOH on that! The food is incredible, my favourite is definitely the Braised Pigs Cheeks and Montbry Garrotxa (Although the Pork Belly is a high contender . Thank you guys for always making the experience memorable, always look forward to a stunning visit here
Once again this restaurant delivered great service, delicious food and lovely atmosphere. Have been coming here for years. You can always guarantee to have a good time. Only downside is the portion size seems to be shrinking. We do tend to stick to our favourite Tapas choices so maybe you could offer small and medium sizes options for those of us who don't mind paying a little more
Service terrible blonde woman with glasses awful! Looked through us 5 times while trying to order. Was greeted with attitude from the same woman. Took 25 minutes to get anyone’s attention we were one table of 4 others. We were made to feel unwelcome and purely from this one SERVERS attitude will never go back.
I had a great experience at this Spanish tapas restaurant in Bridgend. The staff were friendly and efficient. I enjoyed the chicken livers, tomato bread, and padron peppers, all of which were delicious and reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you very much!

Amazing tapas! Fast service. Very well priced great atmosphere. Strongly recommend flat iron steak was stunning and the meatballs were also just as good
