After 20 years when the quality of the raw materials and the quality of the products and services realized were an example of French know-how for many bakers and pastry makers, this latest owner change is extremely harmful to all of us, consumers... During these 20 years, several changes of owners took place without prejudice to us, customers. The requirement, the rigor, the quality have always been ubiquitous in this so fabulous establishment, in order to satisfy its clients as faithful as required. Alas, in a few days, this change of owner dismantled a historic house, for our greatest disarray and made room for products assimilable to industrialized, non- qualitative and tasteless products...
By reading the previous review, I understood. I used to buy patisseries when I lived at the Plessis. 10 years later, I'm just passing by and decided to come back to test the good patisseries of tale... She went away! The raspberry pie: The patissiere's creme is rude... The chocolate paved: I liked the pralined base, but the foam is too fat. It would be recomanded to pack patisseries with precotion, The lady returned almost patisserie to place the scotch under the box.,
Nothing to do with the old Countess! No choice, the shelves are empty, frozen macarons, very poor pastry etc... not to mention the managers more than unpleasant who absolutely do not take into account customer reviews!!! Long live a new repreneur at the height of a pastry bakery as we have known!
I had written an opinion in April, a period where former (desagreable) vendors were still present. Since then, the reception is impeccable, the sellers are very attractive and smiling, which is nice. The bread is good. I haven't tested pastries yet.

I went to this bakery last week and found it a warm place with a very welcoming staff. The lady who served me this evening was smiling and gave me the urge to come back.
