The best perch fillets we have ever tasted! We go back there very regularly, we always get the perch fillets and we never get tired of them! The home fries are in principle very good just 1 or 2x where they were a little soft and undercooked.. Edit on 17.11.20: is it true that we will have to give up on the best perch fillets by December 31? Rumor is circulating that the owner of the premises refused to renew your lease to transform the premises into apartments?
Nice decor, very friendly and welcoming staff. I had a steak with pepper sauce. Very good meat and cooked as requested, only I wasn't expecting a cracked pepper sauce without cream. It's not noted on the menu and the waitress forgot to tell me. So it was good but a bit too peppery for my taste. Conversely, the perch fillets were not seasoned enough.... But the fries were very good.
We went to this restaurant by accident. We just traveled along the lake and stopped at Saint-Prex, a pretty village next to Morges. It was lunchtime on a working day. The restaurant was full. Fillet de perche was exceptional and the service was attentive and fast. Prices are like everywhere around Lake Leman. We will gladly go again if we find ourselves somewhere nearby.
One of the best places to eat Perch Fillets with homemade fries in the Morges region, accompanied by a salad with an equally excellent vinaigrette. For those with a sweet tooth, for whom there is still room, why not a frozen nougat which is of course also homemade. Reserva una mesa ahora
Specialties Perch fillets and frog legs A la carte dishes served without any accompaniment. Everything is charged extra (no fries) The attitude disappointed us and therefore the result too, which does not seem to matter to the management.
So yes, the setting is no longer the same as in Saint-Prex, but the welcome and sympathy are there, and the quality of the dishes as well as the value for money are truly exceptional

Has gone down hill since 2015. Frying frites in dining saloon is bizarre.
