Although located in a st-Hyacinthe marketplace, the half-calorie is worth the detour to buy the delicious caramel. He's falling! all pastries are excellent, coffee is very good. We also enjoyed a lot of the small counter where we can buy discount stuff (those of the day before, for example). It's worth the detour. A beautiful culinary creativity!
