La cuisine est bonne, généreuse, donc bon rapport qualité prix. C'était notre première fois a la diligence, le temps d'attente était assez long, nous voulions prendre un apéro avant de manger malheureusement après 15min d'attentes l'apéro arrive suivie 2min après du plat... La cuisson n'a pas été respecté pour ma compagne. Le verre de vin est arrivé alors que j'avais pratiquement fini ma viande. J'ai commandé un Irish par la suite, il est arrivé 15min après ma commande. Le service est à revoir, j'espère que ce n'était qu'un cas isolé, cependant l'ambiance est bonne, les serveurs sympathiques et la nourriture bonne ! We visit in Ensisheim often, but this was the first time that we ate at La Diligence. We went there to eat authentic Alsatian Flammekeuche. and we were not disappointed! Flammekueche originated in Alsace and it is now popular all over Europe, but they still make it best in Alsace. We ate it with an excellent Alsatian bière pression, and it was heavenly! The restaurant is a short walk from the main hotel in Ensisheim, the Domaine du Moulin, and they serve many other types of food besides Flammekeuche. I believe that they even serve German Schweinehaxe, which is always delicious. Alles schmeckt guet!
Very disappointed in the welcome. Long waiting before we decide on ourselves, to ask the server a place to eat, this is cold and looks completely elsewhere. Meals took on the terrace, or the warm atmosphere is very warm. However, it's hard to see the menus on the paper set. The waitress, despite the stress, was able to stay courteous, professional and pleasant. Soups well supplied, but raw meat despite a well cooked cooking request for Mr., and a forest peat for me, whose crust was to be, from the warmed.
We decided to go into this brasserie, near our hotel. We chose two different tartes flambées ......gratinée and natural: really fantastic. De voyage dans la région, nous nous sommes arrêtés dans ce « petit » restaurant sympathique. Le cadre est atypique. Les serveuses sont d’une sympathie, souriantes. La nourriture copieuse et très généreuse. Nous avons passé une soirée exceptionnelle. Adresse à conserver pour notre prochain séjour.
La Diligence est un excellent restaurant ! Le personnel est rapide et très serviable, étant végétariens ils ont accepté d'adapter un plat ou il y avait de la viande. Nous avons pu goûter le fameux bibalakas ! Les plats sont copieux et généreux. Encore un grand merci à l'équipe de la Diligence
