Such a bizarre experience. The farm is out of the village so they pick you up in a mini-van. However, the van was 30 minutes late and we had back and forth calls about whether we'd booked a table at all. When we eventually arrived...at the restaurant, we were told there was no running water and weren't offered drinks or a menu and sat there for 45 minutes watching other tables walk out. After hearing how awful everyone else's experience was, and only just receiving a menu after one of party went to the bar to get them, we decided that it wouldn't be worth the expensive prices, especially given the staff were so rude. we have booked a table for our group of 6 and were thrilled to have a great location on the terrace in the sunshine after a morning of skiing, right next to the piste. we arrived early, but the table was available and we were...we were very well looked after, with our drinks and then our food and wee bring immediately from friendly staff. the food was great, as after two years with the pandemic our first lunch was to ski back, it was wonderful to be in such an authentic restaurant that produces great food.
It’s been 7 years since we were last here and it’s not changed at all. It’s a short way off the piste but worth the effort, we had a warm welcome from the staff. They ushered us over to the window that looks into the...barn and said a cow was giving birth! So we were lucky to witness a calf being born while enjoying your hot chocolate . The prices are very reasonable compared to other restaurant’s in the 3V’s We will definitely return as it’s a great ski down to here.
Beautiful location supplemented by gorgeous weather. We sat outside and shared a bottle of Condrieu which was wonderful. The food was beautifully cooked, well presented and flavoursome. The service was good even though the restaurant was busy. We are looking forward to revisiting either for dinner or another lunch.

In Saint Martin you have some restaurants, not a lot but a few are good and the Ferme de Choumette is one of them Good local food Good price Nice staff and they even came to the tiwn center to.pick us up
Amazing cheese burgers . Ironically good to visit when snow is bad as you can get a table ! Great veal as well. Lovely lunch sitting on the sun on the terrace .
Great filet steak - great location. Book ahead because it gets busy in the evening. Make sure you look through the window into the integral barn

sunny protected place on the way to st martin. steak and beaufort tart especially. jimmy has looked after us very well. we're coming back.
Out of all the restaurants that I have been to in les 3 vallees this one is definitely my favorite.
