we arrived early to lunch and were welcomed correctly. the tables in the busy interior (I understood then), we installed ourselves at the outside comfortably. the menu was allevious and the dishes ordered, i.e. an auvergnate potato and a potato omelette with green salad were very good, the meat deliciously saumuration was tender and seemed to be prepared home. The hic is that we were invaded with flies throughout the meal. Rude, poor service, unprofessional, all that BEFORE any food arrived. We were told on booking that we had to be there before 7.30 so we were. Only one table was occupied at the time and a few others filled up before 8 so I don't know what all that was about. No napkins, no wine glasses, very little availability of the few items that are on the menu. The food was at best adequate meaning a potato omelette is OK if you just want to fill up some space. We were staying at the very excellent campsite up the road and if you have the option stay at your tent or camper and cook your own food! It's bound to be better than the experience at this disgrace for a restaurant.
We stopped on the ground. We asked if it was possible to have the specialties that are on reservation only: we were told so coldly that if everybody did the same! We can understand, but your employee! Finally! fortunately after a good half hour we ate: truffled potatoes (potatoes with fresh cream and cantal: the whole past in the oven) with salad and 2 nice slices of ham from country per person for 14.50 € per person. Very good dish and the quantity was there. very beautiful view of the mountains. We can buy milk, butter, and other local products.
friendly welcome, efficient service while the room was complete, the dishes are good, well prepared with home products for the most. The room is large, the tables too, there is a lot of space between these tables, it's perfect. if we have the possibility before the end of our stay we will return to it. a small flat at the exit facing I think the boss who unlike the waitress, was really not nice at all, damage but I recommend for everything else.

It's been several times that we go for lunch, and every time it's a treat.Pommes de terre truffadées au top et très fondes, le pounti delicious .on sent although the products are of qualities and the dishes are concocted with the milk of the farm, once in the mouth it's a real gustative pleasure....and an excellent value for money.Nothing positive sing than the euro.
very good food! fresh and local products of the farm cooked by an authentic Auvergnate! unlike the few negative reviews on the reception, we were very well welcomed and served. Besides being good, it was very hearty. I recommend this table. Finally, the site is beautiful.

restaurant in a charming setting. Be careful with flies if you eat on the terrace. Local cuisine. Nothing to reverse. prices are not particularly advantageous: some 60 euros for 2 adults and 2 children (no alcohol).
