Worst place I’ve ever been in my life , I’m assuming it was the manager walking around on his phone chasing the girls waitresses around , he was not really in uniform just khakis and a plaid shirt tucked in. the waitress we had messed everything up . Seemed young and didn’t know what she was doing. I got one soda , that I waited 20 minutes for , for the first one. she never came back around for a refill , we had to call her over to our table . Our food was cold by time we even got it . We insisted on paying for our drinks and just leaving and she said our food was coming out was still cold She was dropping plates and glasses , our ticket was for $82 but somehow after she took our card it was...
My wife and I ate here a couple nights ago. It was about 3:00 on Sunday and the parking only had a few cars in it. We walked inside and the place only had about 3-4 tables with people. We were seated right away but it took sometime to order and receive our food. I had one refill of soda by this time. The waiter dropped off our food and immediately returned with the bill, saying he was going on break.Needless to say we never saw him again. We also never had a replacement or anyone stop by our table for refills or anything. We had to go find someone to get a couple boxes for leftovers. We were very disappointed and will not be returning to this business.
Their food is always good and they have a vegan and vegetarian (and other dietary preferences) menu, which is AMAZING. They have wonderful, diverse alternative options so you can go to a mexican restaurant and get the full experience you want without sacrificing chips, queso, and delicious meals like tacos, fajita, molcajete, etc. My favorite is their butternut squash enchiladas. My favorite place to eat and the owners are the best!
Hands-down the best staff and food in the area. Plus, the karaoke on Thurs is pretty fun! The margaritas are tasty, and I've loved every dish I've tried! We recently had a large party birthday there and they were so accommodating. Will be returning, and often!

Ok for a small town. Most got the el pollo queso chimi and really liked it. I am from az and tex and can tell you, its ok....but for small town illinois, ill give it a four star for extremely sweet wait staff and an inexpensive
Love thier healthy/special diets menu. Some of the best tacos I've had ? and it is so nice as a dairy free person to be able to order deserts at a restraunt with my family!
The food was served incredibly quickly and was delicious. The atmosphere was also very pleasant, enhanced by the fountain, plants, and lighting.
I love this place, best place to come with your family. The servers are so welcoming and the hostesses as well. The owner’s baby is cute too
