Service, service, service! This Mexican restaurant is a fantastic place to eat. The outstanding service is unbeatable. Our server was incredibly friendly and helpful, and all the staff seemed genuinely happy. The food is delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine rather than Americanized. I had the chicken mole enchiladas, my brother had the Huhn and carnitas tacos, and my brother-in-law had a combination of tacos and enchiladas. Our food arrived promptly and was delicious. The prices are very reasonable, and the portions are generous. I love this place and will definitely be returning. It's no surprise that this restaurant is one of my favorites.
If you're craving a wet burrito, look no further. The pork chile verde was absolutely soul satisfying. Rice was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly and the flavors of the beans topped it all off with their heart warming richness. I was met for my pandemic pickup order by a lovely, smiling woman who promptly checked me out and spoke to me like her beloved grandson. I will definitely return to try the rest of the menu. Get your latin food craving fix here prepared by some of the nicest people I've met in the food service industry.
We went tonight, and the first thing I noticed was how loud it was for its size. It was kinda hard to carry on a conversation. We ordered a combination plate with a beef taco and enchiladas. The beef was cooked well, but it lacked flavor. Some seasonings would've made it. I had the chicken mole. The mole was good but maybe a little sweet for my taste. Overall, the prices are on the high end for what you get. The ingredients were fresh and the dishes cooked well, but the flavors were all missing something.
Really fast service. Food was delicious. The beans were good as well. Usually you can tell a Mexican establishment will be good if they can get the beans right. The red sauce was ok but the green sauce was fire and very delicious. Wish the Chile relleno was a little bigger but oh well. The chicken inside the enchilada was well done. Decent prices I'll say mid-range.

Authentic Mexican food in the historic core of South Pasadena. Their mole sauce is great, very tasty. I had the mole enchiladas and they were delicious. Their portions are abundant, so you may want to share your dish if you're not very hungry. Specially their burritos, they are huge.
Their food is always consistent. Their salsa is not too spicy eith great flavor. Beans and rice are excellent. My favorite is the machaca with egg. Veggies are always have a nice crunchy and beef is seasoned. I give them a 10!!
The food at this restaurant is of excellent quality! Although it may be pricier than what I typically spend, it is definitely worth it. The dishes are delicious and the staff is fantastic.
My favorite Mexican restaurant for the last 30 years. Good food. Good margaritas and friendly staff. My favorite dish is Chicken Fajitas Tostada. Yum!

The food was good, but they forgot the rice and beans on one of our plates. For $72 to feed 3 people, I would expect better attention to detail.
Good quality food! It's a little more expensive than what I'm used to, but it's worth it. Delicious and great staff!
