The food here is always on point and is absolutely delicious no matter what you choose on the huge menu. Have a great selection of lunch specials that are big portions and are sure to fill you up. They have a large selection of meat choices that aremarinated beautifully and always cook to you perfection. I've never had to take back any dishes here or have one complaint. My review is based on ?Mexican food? in the Folsom/EDH area. Growing up in the Bay Area then the valley; i was around a lot of authentic and tasty Mexican food. Personally don?t think there is many ?good authentic Mexican restaurants? in this area (atleast that I?ve tried). I came here for lunch and got the carne asada enchiladas and I thought they were good. Chips salsabar was good and tasted fresh as well. The rice beans that came with the enchiladas was actually really good as well. So myreview is 5 star when comparing it to the other Mexican restaurants I?ve tried in Folsom/EDH but I?d say it?s more of a 3.5/5when you compare it to Bay Area or valley Mexican food.
Incredible experience! The burritos are enormous and filled with generous amounts of meat and a variety of delicious ingredients. Every cent spent is well worth it – I had the asada burrito, and it was exceptional. I've also tried their chimichangas, which are just as delicious and come in large portions. I highly recommend this place!
The super burrito is amazing every time. You truly get your money's worth because it’s always packed with ingredients, tastes incredible, and definitely fills me up. I haven't found another restaurant in Folsom where you can spend $14 and have such a fantastic meal. I absolutely love it!

I've never ordered from a Mexican restaurant that doesn't include chips by default. We even ordered guacamole, but they didn't bring any chips, which I found quite strange. However, the enchiladas were delicious.
Once again, the food was excellent, the customizations were just right, and the portions generous. The prices are quite reasonable as well. This is our go-to Mexican restaurant in Folsom!
Delish. The Shrimp Ceviche Tostada would have held me over by its self but I wasn?t sure so I got a pastor taco just in case. I know for next time. That thing was piled high with shrimp.
