After having been at the summum and touched perfection both in the kitchen and in the service, here she is reduced to amateurism and mediocrity, what shock!...If the choice of menu at 41€ allows us to hope a certain level of service, the reading of the map left us a doubt that it is quickly confirmed later. what a wonderful culinary journey! the dedication of the chef of cuisine to excellence, passion for culinary art and creativity came through in the presentation, taste and texture of every bite. each aspekt der mahlzeit mirrored an obvious love and respect for eating, art and service. the taste combinations and the stratification of textures were masterful. melanies warm and welcoming presence and their willingness to explain any pathetic morsel they serve in English, concluded the circle on a laborious experience. I have no doubt that they will reach Michelin status in the near future and I cannot expect to return!

perfectly summarized by notir!! just add minimal aperitif even price and dose half less and americano home fade than fade! no simple search cake accompaniment and idem for the coffee we do not expect to have the rest of a piece of cake as a sweetness as the lady says! we were far from imagined, that one day, this restaurant would come back from a disconcerting banality in less than a week. to advise to flee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we opted for 2 menus at 42 euros with 2 amuses mouth flat and dessert. the dishes one after the other were majestic and worthy of a starred restaurant. exquisite tastes with a marriage of incomparable flavours. prices are very affordable compared to the quality of the dishes. personal care for its customers and very smiling. strongly recommended Reserva una mesa ahora

Creative cuisine. evaluated and balanced aromas, a very well calculated quantity. a real moment of pleasure and a moment without fault. for a little difficult people, look at the menu because vs have no choice between two menus. but it is always possible to contact 'e restaurant and organize. But it's really worth it!

This week we received the message that this excellent restaurant was sold. It belonged to the absolute top restaurants of class sables dólonne. At this point, we're not familiar with any other owner. Too bad, yammer, we wish the sympathetic owners of la flambée any success for their future.
