a first experience for me in this restaurant I had heard a lot of good things and I was not disappointed. Of course, the price is not given but the meal was really excellent. I took the "salt grease" menu. the little lover always pleasant mouth was followed by a very good half-cooked foie gras with a little accompaniment (the sauce beads at the bottom of the plate were excellent.) the gamba risotto was really excellent, each vegetable was cooked just as it was necessary and the broth was delicious. There is only dessert (season Dessert) that, while remaining very good, did not fascinate me and makes me lower the note a bit. Finally the young waiter sometimes sought his references to the stat...
refined cuisine, beautiful presentation, very tasteful. impeccable service, very attentive to the customer. The chief comes to see us several times to ensure our satisfaction. Nice surprise when we went in cash: the coffees are offered to us (we had asked for a reservation for 20h30 or that arranged them that we came at 20h) we found this very trade gesture. the only small flat is that when I took the order I had chosen the first menu but there was no more entry of this fact I had to opt for the second menu 38€) big info I would not have I'll go back!
I had lunch this week with my old mom and took the menu at 38 euros because she loves foie gras. She enjoyed it well and I didn't want to spoil her joy, the half-cooked foie gras was good but serving it with onion's jam, it's basically a lack of imagination. As for the canette, it looked like a mere mistaking of the magret that we buy under blister and it was served very cooked without asking our wishes. desserts without great relief and glass of wine at 8 euros, it is frankly expensive for the service. So I'm not recommending to my friends.
professional passage in the town of Bourg-en-bresse, I passed in front of this small restaurant whose facade, dotted between two large buildings, is quite difficult to find...!But inside, very pleasant surprise both by the richness of the dishes offered and by the kindness of the staff of the room...!Undoubtedly an address to warmly recommend if you wish to spend a pleasant evening in this city.

beautiful address to discover in a friendly setting with a pleasant service. The menu was very good. the weak point may be cheese and wines with glass. However the meal all this remains of ratio of correct quality. I recommend it to you in a small committee of 4 people max.
