I visited Tia Rosa's restaurant to order some quesadillas. I arrived right at 10 PM and asked the girl at the counter for some quesadillas. She told me they were closed, and when I mentioned it was for takeout, she still said they were closed. There were customers still eating inside, and I thanked her before leaving. If the owners had been there, I’m sure they would have sold me the quesadillas; it’s unfortunate that they lost a customer. Nowadays, it seems many employees do not take their jobs seriously. La comida es buena y el lugar es agradable pero las meseras necesitan mejorar su servicio urgentemente. La mesera que nos atendió hoy solamente tomó la orden y después de traernos la comida ya no se apareció más. Ni siquiera regresó a nuestra mesa a preguntar si necesitábamos algo más (lo cual si necesitamos cosas) ni se preocupó en retirar los platos vacíos. Tuvimos que pedir la cuenta porque ya teníamos un rato esperando, llegó otra mesera a dejarla y tampoco se le ocurrió llevarse un plato vacío. Regresó otra mesera a dejar el cambio y lo mismo. Fue un poco incómodo quedarse todo ese rato esperando con la mesa llena de platos. Y aclaro que el lugar NO estaba lleno y habían cuatro meseras...
I absolutely love the pupusas, and the fresh juices are exceptional too. The service has always been excellent. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the Christian music playing in the background can sometimes get a bit loud and overwhelming. Some of the songs feel like they just go on and on! Lol.
Central American cuisine at its finest! This place serves the most delicious pupusas in Jersey—no doubt about it! They offer a wide variety of dishes, and you absolutely must try the Salvadoran sweet bread, especially the semitas. As for parking, there's a convenient lot right behind the restaurant. Enjoy!

I was initially going to give this place 5 stars because their pupusas are delicious, but they forgot to include the cabbage, so I reduced it to 4 stars. Then I noticed they also didn’t provide napkins, which dropped it to 3 stars. I'm not even factoring in the lack of utensils.
We ordered the Al pastor tacos and chicken tacos, both of which were incredibly flavorful and delicious! The tiramisu was also outstanding! The service was great, and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!
I was going to give a 5 stars because those Pupusas are delicious but they didn’t put the repollo which leads to 4 stars, then I realized they didn’t put napkins neither so 3 stars. And I am not counting the fact that they didn’t put utensils.
I will never order from here again. I ordered fries and rice for my kids for pick-up. The rice tasted days old, and the fries were even worse; they were soggy and tasted like they had been reheated from old food! Shame on you.

Muy rica la comida servicio moderado pero lo que si debería de poner atención el dueño es que no se pongan a barrer y pasar el trapeador. Cuando uno está comiendo eso si es de muy mal gusto
