We've been there tonight for my sister's birthday. We chose the restaurant because we really liked the location, but were unfortunately very disappointed. The soup was clearly not freshly made and the asparagus most likely not a regional product. One of our main dishes was forgotten by the kitchen and when we asked for it, we were told that they had run out of the product. The fish and the meat main were perfectly fine, but one of the mains (terrine de legumes) was hardly edible, as its taste was undistinguishable and also had a hint of soap. When we received our bill there was an additional three-course-menu that we neither ordered nor ate and, as if to taunt us, they tried to bill the terr...
We went there yesterday after we saw the ally menu. What a disappointment! fine, gratin-cut goat pie that turns out to be fine paste but on top a tomato cut in raw puck and pieces of paste darts at all (where is the gratin),? Frog thighs good but sometimes raw, a bread pan with 4 small pieces of rassi bread, cheese forgotten by the waitress that brings us desserts. When we tell her that we have cheese in the menu at 26€ she's not even sure. the frozen sunshine of course!!! we are of autun and we will certainly not return to this restaurant. home bof bof, kitchen less than bof. At the foot of the Autun Cathedral, you will find "the fountain". a picturesque and pleasant setting for a warm summer evening. the menu at 26 € offers several entries, dishes, cheeses and desserts. Only the eggs in meurettes were at the height of my expectations. the pintade salami (speciality of the house) was dry, despite a richly served sauce, the tiden and not cooked tagliatelles, to my taste. a small white cheese, creamy, quite correct and a tatin pie warmed in the microwave, to finish this meal. point positive, the Saint-Véran is excellent!
Two evenings in a row we experienced great service, a lovely atmosphere outdoors as well as indoors and tasty, well-prepared french food. This restaurant serves delicious food from Burgundy and the South-West which makes it a great place to enjoy the variety of the french cuisine. The andouillette, the snails and the fried foie-gras are some of the best that we have ever eaten. And we are amateurs of the french cuisine.

Very nice welcome. The landese salad is excellent, and copier. magret, confit gesiers, and a nice slice of foie gras with salt blossom, accompanied by hard egg salad and tomato. then an ice, caassis with real unfrozen fruit like some ice creams, and green lemon, artisanal ice. Restaurant I recommend for the dishes I tasted.
we stopped in this restaurant because many were closed on Sunday night.! the host of the server was simply exemplary! of extreme kindness and patience (the customers behind our table were simply odious.)! a very good kitchen, a quick service .!to redo
aperitives without amuse salier mouth and plastic ducro pepper salad with more lardons than gesiers while it is not to indicate that it has lardons and for answer if it is to mark while not (bad times) lacks smile as well
one of the many restaurants around the cathedral. friendly old house atmosphere. Unfortunately the kitchen is not up to the table. limited portions.May be trying the lute pintade that seems to be ka speciality.

We shared a dinner with local friends. correct dishes but a service leaving to be desired (seasonals.) fortunately the boss is nice and the place is ideally placed.
