La Fringale - Reservar una mesa

we had heard many good things about this restaurant. So we decided to come and have a taste. because obviously everything is homemade, those who are rare in restaurants and in which everything is homemade, had a very good meal. but where it really goes wrong is in service. the server nothing to say very smiling, welcoming, very friendly very professional. but I will not say the same for the 2 waiters, no reasonable rest for the restaurant. the young girl still goes and smiles, but there is clearly no professionalism. but the older woman and dressed in a putzwoman apron and clearly wondered what she did because no technique of the trade she cleared the plates and us the remains of the teller at the rande of our tables scratched her clearly thinks she is home, but no madame they are in a restaurant.! this restaurant has a future, but if the restaurant manager reads this, rent waiter with professional experience and their restaurant is really excellent. still recommended because eating is really good.

A treat, that should be its name! Rather than cravings! We ate there, and what a pleasant surprise, quality traditional cuisine by a chef trained with the best, it shows on the plate. I ate a leg of guinea fowl there, the meat was melting, accompanied by Jerusalem artichoke chips, to die for, it was too good! And to think that I've been walking past it every day for 7 years and I didn't know. It must be said that the exterior does not look like much, and honestly the interior is not the most modern! But when you taste it, you tell yourself that the tastiest is on the plate. They are open on Monday evenings, that's how we discovered them.

traditional cuisine, quality products, presented with lightness. a pleasure from appetizer to dessert. what a surprise to discover the new dining room, a refresh that makes much good, beautiful, bright, fresh. The Before/After is simply amazing! all this makes a pleasant time. thank you.

very good price-quality ratio excellent meat very well served really very friendly staff open we really eat very good it should not be by looking decoration a bit dated but frankly I will go back very soon and now I will go there closed
