La Grande Orange Cafe and Luggage Room Pizzeria

I found this place on Happy Cow, and I'm so glad I did it! It is the first pizza place I found in Pasadena where my friend (not-veg and I are both happy! The crust and sauce are both really good. I had the mushroom party with vegan cheese and it was great! (And for what it is worth, my friend said his non-vegan pizza was also great. We have to go, but I have come inside to take a look and the place has a really large dining area (with bar and a large, beautiful closed outdoor terrace area. We will definitely go back and dive. For pizzas, substitute house-made vegan cheese or vegan sausage at no extra charge. We had the Mother Earth (sundried tomato, rapini, artichoke hearts, onion). 8 slices, enough for two. Very good crust, chewy and thick at the edges, thin in the middle. PS--They will validate your parking garage ticket, no need to feed meters like we did.

This can be one of my favorite pizzas. You have only 1 labeled vegan pizza, the Dalai Lama, but it's amazing. They add lemon toes, holy moly, game changer! The avocado festival is also really good. Only sub vegan cheese! Oh and cocktails good too.

The pizza here is really good. The best here in Pasadena. Do not recommend the gf crust, it will miss you the regular that is great. Very busy place, people seem to love it. Use the vegan options.
