The frog company was looking for a special place for its General Assembly 2017. Happy Inside the frog company stakeholder were delighted to discover the talents of the chef and the delicious meals that were served. Opening with a Foie Gras Chutney followed with a fresh filet of Cabillaud or Veal leaver and its marvellous mushrooms. the whole restaurant decor being full of frogs and artifacts. On the Menu, looking for frog legs wiht Garlic... And there it is... All set for a Magic moment in a very peaceful alsatian Village called Grendelbruch. A pleasant restaurant, though a bit high priced for the area. We were expecting better food given its Michelin bib. Nothing at all wrong, just not terribly inspired. If you are staying in Grendelbruch, there is a terrific 'Depot de Pain ' that opens up on the little square some mornings. Fresh breads and treats--excellent!
