When I inquired about the prices, the staff reiterated the sizes I asked about as if they were genuinely large. I don't mind paying a fair price for good food; however, it's worth mentioning that if you dine in, you receive unlimited chips and salsa at no extra cost.
I specifically chose this restaurant because I have a head cold, and the spicy salsa helps relieve my sinuses (I enjoy spicy snacks like Takis, so I can handle the heat). Unfortunately, the chips weren't fresh or crispy; they were quite crunchy and seemed somewhat stale. Although the food was salty, it was still decent enough that I might consider returning, despite having had issues with customer service on multiple occasions....
I had dinner here with my sister. They start by giving you one free round of chips and salsa, but after that, they charge for more. The chips were cold and unsalted, which is unusual for a Mexican restaurant. We shared the elote corn, which cost $5 for just one ear—seems pretty expensive. Overall, their prices are high for what they offer. The food tasted okay but was nothing special compared to any typical Mexican restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend it and will go elsewhere next time for better food and prices. We spent $30 on one ear of corn and a small shrimp cocktail, which just isn’t worth it.
I had one of the best service experiences I've ever encountered at a restaurant, no matter the price range. I unfortunately didn't catch my server's name, but he was amazing. If he happens to read this, thank you for the wonderful experience! The food was exceptional—I ordered the Brisket Quesabirria Tacos. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable meal.
I was pleasantly surprised, especially after seeing some of the negative reviews. I live just a few miles from the Texas/Mexico border and was in Commerce on business. The service was good, the staff was friendly, and the meal was much like what I’m used to, just with milder spice to suit general U.S. preferences. I would definitely return.

The food was outstanding! It was Ananas's first time trying fajitas, and they were amazing. The restaurant was clean, the service was prompt, and the staff were very friendly. We will definitely be returning. It's often difficult for us to find a great meal.
I made a quick visit to N.C.'s and had a wonderful experience! The service was outstanding. Our waiter took our order right away, and the food arrived quickly and was served piping hot. Everything was incredibly delicious!
Jonathan was an outstanding server! The food was average, and the portion sizes were smaller than what you usually see at most Mexican restaurants. Also, they charge $2.50 for each bowl of chips after the first one.

La Hacienda is definitely the best Mexican restaurant in town! Their nachos are honestly the most delicious I've ever had!
