we were very satisfied with our visit in this local. it is cooked here with fresh ingredients, but not only! the chef puts worth on an authentic kitchen and you taste it! we were four here, we all ordered something else, everything was perfectly prepared. that is located locally in a small street, very central and yet it is much quieter there than on the large squares of troyes. the service was friendly, the portions neither too small nor too large, the price-performance ratio perfect. only the dessert card could be optimized. we would like to come back here!
We arrived at half 9 in the evening, half of the tables were empty so the place was by no means packed out. The staff seated us quickly but it rapidly went down hill from there. We had to ask twice for our drinks and then had to wait nearly an hour for our food to come. The food was mediocre, nothing special and not worth the wait. If we hadn't arrived so late we would have walked out and found somewhere else. Avoid
Extremely surprised by the quality of the frame that allows us frankly to travel! more equipped with adorable staff and small care. couscous merguez et de qualité : les merguez aux herbs, separated from the semoule with butter separated from the vegetables. It's a delight for taste buds. I recommend this restaurant to anyone!! Really bravo!
how to say....the margin of progression should be found in the treatment of sauces....and also to avoid too long service....failing at the level of staff but recurring according to which one falls.
