My girlfriend and I were being spontaneous in Ridgewood trying to find places to eat for date night. She was in the mood for some Italian food and the first place we went to had rejected us because we didn’t have a reservation. La Lanterna in delivers an amazing dining experience. The food is absolutely outstanding—every dish burst with flavor and expertly prepared. The presentation of the extensive daily specials was one of the most impressive I’ve ever encountered, making it nearly impossible to choose just one. The ambiance is warm and inviting, reminiscent of dining in an elegant private estate. From start to finish, an unforgettable meal. Highly recommend!
Well what a nice surprise! On New Year's top notch food, service and a great ambiance. The shrimps (size 15) were perfect, scallops were perfect, Tagliatelle perfect, swordfish delicious, hot appetizers perfect, I guess just a nice surprise...
