I was the first time on recommendation a few months ago and had quite loved the proposed discovery menu. Today was planned a family walk but the weather didn't play, any rescue solution found, I call the restaurant to ask if there were 7 places left. bingo's left. We're coming! everyone in the family found his happiness, we had 4 different dishes, all arrived at the same time, warm, presented in impeccable manner and very good greed. It's wanted, fresh, local and seasonal, the boss is very generous on the explanations and it's nice to listen to him about these dishes. Wow, what an amazing place with fantastic, warm and friendly service. We ate the tasting menu there one night in December and then returned the following night to do the whole thing all over again! Yes, it really was that good. Local produce, creative and exciting cuisine, but above all the flavours made this one of my most memorable restaurant visits ever. What a super team effort to deliver outstanding service around a great menu, great food and within a smart/casual environment. a beautiful evening with a simply divine menu and meal. the menu "as at home" is an exceptional discovery, with in particular a sauce with extra red wine and a tender, seasoned beef to perfection!
