Customer service was great. We were running late due to traffic and I was afraid my reservation would get canceled. When I got there looking anxious and out of breath, I was greeted by nothing but smiles. The restaurant looks so colorful, and my drink was so good. They have vegetarian/vegan options which was the main reason I booked here, thank you for that! Parking is hit or miss because it’s street parking, prices are comparable to other places and food portions are big. Overall a really good experience, I will definitely be coming back.
I booked a reservation through Open Table, only to be told they did NOT show my reservation. The hostess took my number, and name, and told me she would alert me when a table finally did become available, which she never did. I would NOT try dining with La Lupita again.
Food was delicious and the place nicely decorated. Our server forgot about us the whole time so it doesn’t matter how good the food was the lack of service doesn’t give you a desire to return, sadly.
The service was not good. It was a weekday and not too crowded. The food was average, nothing stood out. We tried the flan for dessert and it tasted bad. We do not plan on coming back anytime soon.

Food was amazing, service was excellent. You can tell that abuelita was in the back cooking all of our meals because it was so tasty!!!
The food, music staff were amazing! Everyone was so nice helpful. One of my new favorite places to eat!
The mango margaritas at this restaurant are the best, the service is good, and the place is cute.
Price is very respectable and the food and service is great and Marcos is a really good server
