We went to La Maison de Beaulieu for lunch with my friend. Actually, wanted to have a breakfast and were looking for a place, but no one restaurant was serving breakfast, only coffee. It was 11-30 a.m. and all restaurants in this area are open at 12 p.m. We couldn’t wait because had to go to airport. We tried to check with couple of places next to La Maison de Beaulieu if they can start to serve food earlier but nobody could do it for us. And only La Maison de Beaulieu did! We stayed in Beaulieu-sur-mere for 3 days: checked Restaurant des rois, Africa Queen and couple of other - and were not completely satisfied. Last day lunch we sit here just because it was only one open for lunch and...oh, God, thank you - we got a culinary revenge! Salad Niçoise with FRESHEST (everywhere else - canned!) medium cooked tuna! Service here was excellent and fully worthy of the maximum rating given. Less successful though was the value as it did not provide anywhere near enough of it, suffering as it did from what could be called 'Riviera tax' in that prices are inflated because of its location and a captive audience: Three average-sized scallops for €20 is simply not justifiable while €48 for a bottle of Pommerol, although the wine itself was fine, was over the top given the quality that can be found not 100 yards away. Enjoyed a lovely lunch in the sun/shade at La Maison de Beaulieu. All four of us had the lunch degustation menu which was excellent value for money. Tartare of Scallops (Coquilles St Jacques) or Zucchini flowers followed by Locally caught Daurade or ravioli.All delicious. The tiramisu (also included in the menu) was a little short on coffee and cake for my liking. Ample free parking as after 1st September.The African Queen next door was heaving. We were well looked after and blissfully happy on an uncrowded terrasse. Go figure?

So this restaurant is situated next door to the much more well known restaurant African Queen however it is far better value for money especially the set menu at 29€ - we have visited twice so far and found that we could ask for a starter that wasn't on the set menu and we were still only charged the set price. The very busy and efficient but friendly waiters were outstanding in meeting their customers needs and we were made to feel most welcome and our custom was appreciated. C'est tres bon.
We have been to Beaulieu-sur-Mer every year for many years and this is one of the best restaurants on the stretch of coast between Nice and Monaco.Great, friendly, attentive and helpful service. The menu has a good choice and is reasonably priced with no hidden surprises; food quality and portion size is excellent. We return every year and know we'll have an enjoyable evening.
Walked past this last night and it was closed. Soon glad it was open. Amazing provocateur soup to start, and legume / lobster main course. Waiters are Excellent. Super service, knowledgeable about wines and we'll worth eating here. Oh and the creme brulee is lovely. Did I day the coffee / espresso is good also. Definitely eat at this restaurant.
The meal was excellent, very nicely presented with very friendly service. The fillet steak was exceptionally good. Value was also good for this part of the Riviera. The location is also excellent. Highly recommended

Should you find yourself at Beaulieu-sur-Mer at lunch or dinner time, pay a visit to this place and enjoy their menue gourmandaise. Your palate will like it, for sure.
On a perfect sunny evening we had dinner at the La Maison de Beaulieu. Although the restaurant was very quiet, the service was very slow and the food was very average.
