We can 't say enough about how delightful our stay was at La Maison du Clocher. We loved the location (right in town but on a quiet street) and Caroline was incredibly helpful she helped us with dinner recommendations and reservations, and was able to provide us with a delicious charcuterie board on very short notice. The entire inn was beautiful, warm and welcoming, and our room was perfect larger than we expected and comfortable. Our favorite spot? The back terrace area! We sat out multiple times and enjoyed a relaxing respite from the craziness of doing things on vacation! We spent two nights here while getting to know Saint Emilion (which is a wonderful small town) and if we ever go back...

We loved our one-night stay here, perfect location. The hosts were super accommodating when we needed to swap our dates and the room was perfect. Quiet, cosy, huge bed! and fab air con. Bathroom was also brand new. We would not hesitate to come back if we're lucky enough to re-visit! One call-out is there was no TV, so if this is something important to you take note.
What a perfect guest house. Our room was comfortable and bright. The hospitality was unmatched, warm and welcoming. A great location to explore the village and the surrounding area. Breakfast was delicious. Hope to come back in the future as a very memorable and delightful stay.

Séjour trop court mais combien agréable avec une hôtesse extraordinaire comme Caroline. Petit déjeuner varié etdélicieux en plus de suggestions de visites pour découvrir le meilleur de ce petit coin de paradis et de vins. Merci Caroline!
Caroline is the nicest person I have ever encountered. This guest house offers modern comforts and living in an otherwise mid-evil era city. She also had great recommendations for vineyards.
