Highly recommended. A really enjoyable meal where the chef's interest is in concocting richly flavoured sauces to complement the simply cooked ingredients. No fashionably ephemeral decoration to the plates here though the presentation was attractive. The food was the thing and its well put together flavours were a delight. Perhaps no contrasts in texture and colour on the plate of the very finest starred restaurants but the high quality dishes offered very good value if not cheap. A la Carte or a choice of set menus. Having just dinner at the restaurant the service is not too fast not too slow. The meal is very good from the entrance to the dessert nothing to say and the last highlight is the truly beautiful setting at the top of the mountains.

Charming hotel in a quiet landscape. Staff always smiling, welcoming, available and nice from which a benevolent and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast service at the top with a lot of choice at the buffet. Super well-organized buffet.
Excellent restaurant. The cuisine is very fine, rich in taste and the service discreet and efficient. Always a pleasure for the taste buds to come to this establishment. The view is breathtaking.

Nice room, nice view, attentive staff. Very pleasant restaurant, good cuisine. Only downside: for breakfast the eggs offered are battery farmed, too bad.
