Fortunately, I figured things out pretty fast when it was my turn, although I had to ask about a couple of flavors since not all the labels were visible. The ice cream selection is impressive, featuring some rare and exotic flavors. I tried kiwi ice cream for the first time, and it was incredible—those two scoops were among the best ice cream I've ever tasted, as if I were eating straight from a kiwi! I highly recommend it. I also had a mixed fruit horchata, which was quite tasty as well. It was loaded with fruit chunks, though I found the straw a bit too small for the bounty, but I managed by taking off the lid and digging into the fruit at the bottom—delicious! I discovered this hidden gem through word of mouth, and I'm so glad someone shared it with me. I've visited several times, and my absolute favorite menu item is the mangonada. The mango is consistently fresh and ripe, unlike other places that sometimes use green mango. The chamoy and tajín are just right, and the mango ice cream tastes like pure mangoes. They also offer some Mexican candies, which is a nice touch. I've tried a few other ice cream flavors, but I typically stick with the mangonada.

This place offers an amazing variety of sweets, desserts, ice cream, popsicles, fresh fruit waters, nachos, dorilocos, chocobanas, mangonadas, and more. Everything is delicious and fresh, and the prices are reasonable. It can get very busy on weekends, so be prepared for a long wait, but it’s definitely worth it. Product is good! Service and Attention is awful. I went there on a Sunday afternoon, had 5 people pass infront of me. The ladies see two persons at a time which makes no sense if the person before you has a big order. When mentioned to the ladies they didn’t care and seem to careless if i left I won’t be returning.

Fantastic food, but unfortunately, some of the staff have poor customer service skills. This is the only reason I won't be returning. After looking at the reviews, I noticed this issue has been mentioned frequently, and while the management claims they are working to address it, it seems nothing has changed.

The ice cream was absolutely fantastic, earning a solid 10 out of 10, and the prices are very reasonable. My total for three ice creams was about the same as what I’d pay for just one ice cream at a place like Ben & Jerry’s.
