There is a gastronomic gem hidden in tranquil Bludenz: a Moldovan-Austrian family restaurant that pampers its guests with outstanding service, delicious food and courteous staff. As a starter I chose the traditional Moldovan Zeama chicken soup, lovingly prepared with homemade noodles, potatoes, carrots and sour cream. The taste was fabulous – a true feeling of home, as if my grandmother had cooked it. Afterwards I enjoyed the traditional Prajitura Nostra, a vegetarian delicacy in a homemade dough crust filled with beef. The taste was indescribably delicious, the dough coating was heavenly.
