a crazy discovery we were 6 days in bonifacio, there also in a 2 hoods Gault-Millau restaurant, but what we could experience today was the beginning of a big holiday. Especially after corona, many restaurants have to struggle with the personal, usually badly paid, because corona often in whole Europe and all who still work at the border, we also know from a few. but the la paillote orizonte proves this inconsistency! that should keep all critics in the eye. in unbelievable speed, a highly motivated team (operator as employees) shows how gastronomy works. As far as we can judge this, it is made as much as possible and is therefore fresh and incredibly delicious. always smile and also the “something more” from each individual employee round the evening. By the way, the gambas were more juicy, the ingredients more tasty and the weeping were not at least good. ps: we had reservations for the short term as recommended.
We discovered this place by chance in the beautiful beach below and decided to dine, great tuna both grilled and tataki, soft grilled octopus, pizza over the expectations of being in France. Well presented dishes, good local wine, friendly staff, great value for the average price of Corsica, we will return.
