La Pala - Reserva de mesa

I tried to like this place, but I have to admit that the food was good and well-prepared. However, the competition for Italian restaurants in Long Island is tough, as most places also offer solid food. This restaurant doesn't stand out by offering convenience or low prices, nor does it aim for the high-end market. The prices are high, the service is slow and unorganized, the location is not ideal, and the decor feels crowded with too many tables. I would overlook all of that if the food was reasonably priced and the service was good, but unfortunately this place falls short in both areas. It seems like they sell a lot of pizza, though.

We had another great dinner. The best food and service in New York. Never had a bad meal. I've been back a lot. I had short ribs and polnta We had rice balls and zucchini ravioli and buffalo pizza for appetizer. Everything was amazing that I rarely enjoy Italian food, but I love her food. Tina is beautiful, always greets you with a warm smile. Nice to chat with her and Guy. Great experience. Don't miss it.

La Pala is truly a hidden gem in glen cove!!! We've been coming here for years and it never disappoints. The food is unbelievable, they're great about substitutions and customizing your meal. They also always have the best desserts! Definitely highly recommend if you're looking for great food, we always love it!

Ordered the margarita pizza with garlic n fresh tomatoes. Yowza! They do pizza right here! Chewy thin crust. Super fresh ingredients. Astonishing. Friendly employee on the phone and at the bar. The place is a bit hidden so you have to look for it. Will return. Can’t wait! Reserva una mesa ahora

My favorite restaurant all staff are excellent from waiter's to busboy the pizza is great. Meals every time we were there are the best. We only ate the two of us and were awarded with party of 12 as always. Thank you. Jeff Brooks

This place is the best of the best! You won't find more authentic pizza anywhere else. The service is fast and friendly. Even though it's located on a main route, it's easy to miss. I absolutely love this place.

I wonder if this restaurant is still open because no one answers when I call the number listed (516-399-2255). I really wanted to try their Nutella Pizza.

Amazing surroundings! Great staff! Delicious food and even offers vegan options! Everyone can enjoy a great meal and a good time here.
