The Brass Rail - Reserva de mesa

We arrived just after 4PM and noticed we were the only ones at the Brass Rail. After a seemingly long wait the waiter who saw us come in eventually greeted and seated us. We ordered appetizers and our waiter brought us the empty plates for the appetizers in anticipation of their arrival. Rather than place the plates on the table in front of us, he handed them to us one by one for us to arrange on the table ourselves. After eating the appetizers the dirty plates remained in front of us for 10 minutes and were still there when our entrees arrived. Thinking about it now, I guess since we had set the table ourselves, he may have thought we would have cleared it ourselves too. He left the entrees...

I had fish chips …. The taste was good but the portions were ridiculous! 2 pcs of fish had almost the size of chicken nuggets! For 24 I was expecting a decent size meal. By the time I got back home I was so hungry that I needed to have something else. Disappointing. Guys ! Do you want to make money without even feeding your customers?

Great food, wonderful service and a cozy atmosphere. That’s sums the Brass Rail up. Their French onion soup was so delicious and their chicken parm was insanely good. Others had their lamb chops and veal. Everyone enjoyed their food. This place is going to become one of my go to places for dinner. They even take reservations.

Consistently great food, but the reason I’m writing a review is because the Friday day shift bartender is truly amazing. I didn’t catch her name but she is worth writing a 5 star review. She’s pleasant, sweet, and provides such great service. I haven’t had such a lovely experience in at least 5 years. Reserva una mesa ahora

Went to brunch and was disappointed. There was only one server working the ENTIRE restaurant. He was server, host, bartender and bus. Have been a frequent customer but will no longer consider going. What a shame and what a waste of a restaurant.

The food was good and the service was excellent. We sat at a high top table at the bar and still felt intimate. I have gone to the Brass Rail many times and I am never disappointed.

Dependable and Consistent like Vito has stated. The one Italian guy running the show during brunch lunch is the best. Good character hard working.

Ordered takeout, packaging and food temp was perfect, ordered MR burger they even separated bun so it did not get soggy would 100% return Reserva una mesa ahora

The food and service was excellent. We were there for lunch and I had the sirloin burger which was cooked to perfection.
