The location is fantastic. The rooms are pleasant and clean. The service is nice but in some cases distracted or technically not up to a hotel in this category. The “valet” service was very attentive and good. The gentleman at the reception not at the height: unfriendly reception and very brief explanations, the room access card did not work, despite being offered to put the suitcases in the room they never arrived (after 1:30 a.m. we went down to get them back at the reception), the invoice at the time of payment is obviously wrong. Splendid establishment, in the heart of the historical district, in a building rich in ancient history make ice bread! The place is pleasant one feels comfortable, fuzzy atmosphere and high-end without ostentatious luxury. All served by a young and dynamic team, especially listening to its guests. I highly recommend who wants to discover ' La petite France'. Bravo to Hotel Régent.
We stayed with my mother in this superb establishment, on all levels, both in terms of the location and the service and friendliness of the staff! You absolutely have to stay at this place at least once! As for us, we will come back with great pleasure. En plein coeur de la Petite France à Strasbourg, nous y avons déjeuné par hasard. Ambiance bucolique un dimanche midi. Attention: le filet de boeuf est une dinguerie ! Un des meilleurs de tout Strasbourg. Pour 27€ foncez.
