La Petite Venise - Reservar una mesa

We were desperately hungry, it was raining, another restaurant, Les Marmoins, had said they couldn't seat us for over an hour, though we saw a family of three leave just as we crossed the square. We were very happy to come across this delightful restaurant. The host/waitress was very kind and patient with our limited French. My husband found the plat du jour, a sausage with steamed potatoes and mustard sauce, to be quite tasty, and I was thoroughly delighted with my pizza "norvégienne" with cream sauce, cheese, and smoked salmon. Great crust!

obviously there was a change of ownership.We were there for lunch today. we usually like the simple and rural kitchens. often we are amazed how simple dishes are prepared imaginatively and tasty.
