However, when we arrived, we felt immediately ill-received and as if we found the two young women working there, one on FaceTime. Small stop to visit Colmar, which is very pretty, we are stopped in this establishment for the noon because the restaurants were complete.fool of restaurant we turn for a sandwich, but there was no more, the seller was already very unpleasant the gauffers no luck there was no more at 14h .So we are concerted for 2 crêpes, a sugar and a jam At the moment of setting no thanks, nothing just gets out and next .. I'm in the business and I think they have the chance to have tourists all year round and the staff is mad at being very unpleasant with the customer. A council doesn't arrest you in this place... it's not worth it.
The restaurant noted in our reservation that I was gluten free, and the hostess emphasized this to the servers. The menu is not marked gluten free (or in English), but the servers were very knowledgeable and walked us though what was safe. Nearly all the menu was gf, including 3 desserts! In addition to having confidence that it was gluten free, the meal was delicious! We made reservations to come back again tomorrow. Highly recommend!

In less than a month, this is the third time we run after noon to look for a crêpe or a waffle and the waitress picks us up because she has already cleaned the plates... So from 4pm, you are no longer served because the good has priority.... logical according to her, despite a closing schedule at 6:30pm.
If waitresses have a little time to give you, they regularly announce that they are not able to serve you because the devices have been turned off. However, it's not complicated to look for gel waffles to warm them up .... in short, I'll put more feet there.
Okay, but no more... The staff isn't really nice, we see nothing is done by the minute. The waitress didn't even make the effort to communicate with an English speaking client before me...
Great traditional experience. Most of their menu is gf! Was great to be able to try something at a Wistub! Also cheaper than the restaurant next door which lists GF options on their menu.
