Excellent French place! Very similar to my actual Paris experience. Portions are small (as they should be, like in France). And some people would find it pricy. But this gives you an opportunity to try more items per meal and still feel ok, not “thanksgiving-dinner-full”. I tried beer tartar, which was excellent. Also seared foi gras (I’d give it 8/10, so very good). And also risotto. Which I liked. But by that time I was already a bit fuller than I wanted to be because I spent quite a bit of time ordering 1 dish at a time. Thank you and I’ll definitely visit again.
Service was lovely and felt very authentically French. All of the staff we interacted could speak French, not sure if they were all from there. The food was excellent, I got the steak and tried some of the fish dishes. The callimari is not fried like you might expect from an American restaurant?so just know that before you order?but I would still recommend it. Enjoy!
I've dined there over ten times, and not once has any dish been less than excellent. The staff are very friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful. While the prices are a bit high, they offer good value overall, especially for Washington, D.C.
The food is delightful, but the service was a bit slow. The dining area is relatively small and quite crowded, which might make conversations challenging depending on where you're seated. Overall, it's a fantastic French restaurant.

Excellent steak frites, fun local neighborhood atmosphere and a really extensive menu of French bistro classics.
This charming little French bistro offers delicious dishes, an extensive wine selection, and excellent service.
The food from a French pov was a bit overpriced but service was on point and the bread was really good
Great food and service but on the pricey side. Go before 7PM if you want it more on the quiet side.
