La Pizzatega - Reserva de mesa

I used to be a regular at this restaurant, often ordering their chicken Cobb salad twice a week. However, a few months ago, I picked up my order only to find that the salad had shrunk to half its usual size while remaining at the same price. After avoiding the place for some time, I returned tonight, but unfortunately, the previous experience wasn't a fluke. They have indeed reduced the portion sizes significantly again, and this time my salad didn't even have any avocado. The food is really good, but I don't want to have to buy two salads just to have a proper meal. I understand inflation is a factor, but charging $14 for what essentially amounts to a side salad with chicken and bacon feels...

My wife and I just finished massages next door and it was 8:30 at night. We wandered over to this little place because we haven’t eaten since breakfast. We could see that they were closing and even asked. They told us they were closing soon but still welcomed us. They were so friendly and the food was great! We are from Florida and in our area, NY style pizza just isn’t as good. This place was great! The salad was great too and I don’t usually eat salad. They have this gluten free peanut butter dessert that’s not super sweet but extremely satisfying. It’s rich and creamy! Thanks so much guys for being gracious to us when you guys were cleaning up and ready to go home. Keep up the good work!

The pizza was absolutely delicious! The chicken cutlet with broccoli rabe was also fantastic! The food and selection were excellent. For takeout during lunch, I found the prices to be reasonable, ranging from $30 to $50 per person. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5 as well. I highly recommend trying the Pizza Marinara and any of the Italian dishes!

Glen and the team are amazing. What can I say that hasn’t been detailed here. I am a long time (11 years) Margate customer. Visitors, friends and family love this place. Excellent Italian food ! Involtini is fresh homemade pasta, meatballs are tasty and homemade ! Bread is sooo good and service is friendly ! My go to Italian restaurant , and I'm a first generation Italian ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
