Probably the most traditional restaurant of the Valloire (Galibier) valley. Located at 15 min from the centre of Valloire, the restaurant is established in an old building (probably a farm) showing various craftsmen tools used in the valley a long time ago. You will not...have a very large selection of dishes (although there is an interesting variety) but those on the menu are really local and made with selected products of the region. We were warmly welcomed and if you talk with the boss you will learn some interesting things over the area. Maybe the price/quality is a little high.

big place in the middle of alpine nature, one must stop for lunch or dinner when they come to or from the galibier, either with the bike or moto, or camper or whatever. the dame of the house with its staff will welcome them and serve them an unforgettable lunch or dinner.

we were greeted like old friends, although it was the first time. very nice eating and original. personal very friendly, attentive and available for any request. absolutely recommended their special plate la potence and their sweet rhabarb.
