I used to really appreciate this restaurant in 2019 for its consistent quality, but recently, I've noticed a significant decline in their service. Instead of proactively letting customers know about unavailable items when ordering online, they simply make substitutions without any communication. This is quite frustrating. The only reason I kept ordering from them was due to the outstanding customer service from the young lady in charge, who always resolved any issues. However, it seems that the rest of the staff responsible for preparing the orders doesn’t share her level of care for customers or the establishment. This place has the best customer service I've ever experienced, and the food is incredible! I'm nine months pregnant and have been craving their Pastelón. They went out of their way to make sure I got some after I came in every day looking for it. LeeLee and Jeremy are fantastic (the rest of the staff is great too), and I truly appreciate their kindness.
The food is excellent, especially the empanadas; the chicken ones are fantastic. However, they need to double-check orders. The last time I picked up 8 chicken empanadas, I received 3 chicken and the rest were cheese. I was a bit disappointed, but the food is still really good. Overall, I give the food a 5/5.

No utensils, no napkins. The lemonade was flavorless. The chicharron de pollo was super dry the rice was hard. I really wish i can return this food because it was such a disappointment.
The food here is absolutely delicious! However, it's frustrating that they're rarely available on food delivery apps. I hope they can enhance their presence on Uber Eats and DoorDash!
I love their food, their fried chicken is my favorite, their pernil and rice and beans are so good and always fresh.
